Teatteri Eurooppa Neljä: Kikka - Halusin viihdyttää

Thu 10.12.2026
19:00-21:15

From the makeup counter to a music success story in a man’s world – who was the woman who transformed Finnish pop? A musical play about a pop artist’s highs and lows.

Everyone knew Kikka. Who knew Kirsi?

Young Kirsi Viilonen wanted to share joy and song. She entered the entertainment industry with a sincere mind and a big heart. A superficial era saw only the surface.

The media told a success story from the makeup counter to the top of the male-dominated music world, but the truth is rarely simple.

Eurooppa Neljä’s new play is a story about strong women, and especially about Finland’s first true pop star.
