Peat sauna evenings at VesiVelho

Tue 6.10.2026
From 17:30

Come enjoy a pleasant peat sauna session, where therapeutic bog peat is applied to the skin and you relax in gentle heat.

A peat sauna is a Finnish wellness experience where the sauna’s heat opens the pores and the peat’s trace elements are absorbed into the skin. It leaves the skin and scalp soft, stimulates metabolism and peripheral circulation, removes impurities, and warms the muscles. The peat is rinsed off with just water, as it is antiseptic.

At the same time, the mind relaxes and stress eases, which may improve sleep quality.
