Come enjoy a relaxing peat sauna session where nourishing bog peat is applied to the skin and you unwind in gentle heat.

Peat sauna is a Finnish wellbeing experience where the sauna’s heat opens the pores and the trace elements of peat absorb into the skin. It leaves the skin and scalp soft, stimulates metabolism and peripheral circulation, removes impurities, and warms the muscles. The peat is rinsed off with just water, as it is antiseptic.

At the same time the mind relaxes and stress eases, which can improve sleep quality.
