Come enjoy a relaxing peat sauna session where nourishing peat is applied to the skin and you unwind in gentle warmth.

Peat sauna is a Finnish wellness experience: the sauna’s heat opens pores and the peat’s trace elements absorb into the skin. It softens the skin and scalp, boosts metabolism and peripheral circulation, helps remove impurities, and warms the muscles. Rinse the peat off with water only, as peat is naturally antiseptic.

At the same time the mind relaxes and stress eases, which may improve sleep quality.
