Singing bowl relaxation at Hietaman Vierastalo on Wed 25 Nov 2026, 18:00-19:00?

Singing bowl relaxation offers a chance for deep relaxation. The bowls' vibrations soothe the nervous system, body, and mind.

Bring a comfortable mat to lie on, plus a blanket, pillow, and, if you wish, a water bottle. Dress warmly and comfortably.

The session starts at 18:00, so please arrive a little early.

The fee (€15) can be paid on site by most bank cards, MobilePay, or cash (exact change).

Registration is binding. Sign up with singing bowl instructor Riikka Hapo (Hoitola Mantra) at 0505341929. Places are limited.

Singing bowl relaxation is not recommended if you have a pacemaker.
