A diverse Äänekoski local heritage exhibition open Thu and Sun 15 - 19 starting Thu 24 September. The autumn season ends Sun 13 December. On the 3rd Monday of each month the museum also hosts Tapahtumailta 17:00 - 18:15 on different themes.

"Mistä tulemme - mitä saimme aikaan" - a local heritage exhibition for all ages. On display: objects, photo displays, information texts, and maps from the Ice Age to the 2000s. Plus small rotating mini-exhibitions a couple of times each season. Guided tours available. Tickets €5 / €3; under 15s free. Groups (over 5 people) can be arranged separately.
