A photo exhibition takes you to Gotlanti through the eyes of six photographers. It presents varied views, moods, and details—from vast landscapes to small encounters.

In June 2025, six nature photographers from Jyväskylä traveled to Gotlanti to capture the island’s unique nature. The group shares a long-standing hobby, during which they have hiked and photographed together across Suomi and neighboring countries.

Gotlanti’s rugged shores, limestone formations, meadows, plants, and birds are shown in the exhibition through the eyes of six photographers. Each finds their own subjects, moments, and moods in nature—from wide-open landscapes to small details.

The exhibition invites the viewer on a journey where landscapes, plants, and animals become personal interpretations. At the same time, it tells of shared activity and how nature photography can be a way to share time, experiences, and different ways of seeing the surrounding nature.
