Come and meet the parish election candidates. Election evenings will be held in Sumiainen, Suolahti, Konginkangas and Äänekoski. During the evening, the candidates will introduce themselves. The program includes a panel discussion, music and an evening snack. Hosted by Vicar Juho Hintikka.

Mon 19 Oct: Sumiaisten seurakuntakoti 18:00–20:00 (Kuoppatie 2)

Fri 23 Oct: Suolahden seurakuntatalo 18:00–20:00 (Pajakatu 9)

Mon 26 Oct: Konginkankaan seurakuntakoti 18:00–20:00 (Kirkkotie 3 B)

Wed 28 Oct: Äänekosken seurakuntakeskus 18:00–20:00 (Vellamontie 1a)

Parish elections are held every four years. The next parish elections are on 15 Nov 2026. A total of 53 people have registered as candidates for Äänekoski Parish Council. In the Äänekoski parish elections, 25 council members will be elected for the 2027–2030 term. Come meet the candidates.

Members of the congregation can vote for the candidates during November 2026.
