A Ukrainian meal includes borscht, a bread roll, a cabbage pie, and coffee with layer cake. Proceeds from the meal go to Ukraine via Kirkon Ulkomaanapu and Filantropia ry.

At the meal you can taste traditional Ukrainian flavors. There will also be music, and a Ukrainian teacher living in Äänekoski will talk about schoolwork in Ukraine. Many schools have had to start the new school year in temporary facilities, for example, at metro stations. Kirkon Ulkomaanapu supports schools in Ukraine, and Filantropia ry provides humanitarian aid.

Meal price €15; children (up to 13 years): €1 per year of age.
